Choosing early childhood care and education is a big decision, affecting you and your child. At Mapalim, we understand what's important to families.

From August 2007, North Cray Neighbourhood Centre plays host to the new Mapalim Early Years Centre, the latest addition to the Mapalim family! We're Ofsted approved and we're delivering the new Early Years Foundation Stage, one year ahead of other early years centres.

Placing your child in our care

We're providing lots of care options so you can decide how and when you access our Centre:

·   FULL DAY CARE 8am-6pm for 0-5 years

·   SESSIONAL CARE flexible 2.5 hour-sessions for 2-5 years

·   AFTER SCHOOL CLUB 3:30pm-6pm for primary school age

Full day and sessional care, 8am-6pm

We're providing full day and sessional care, Monday-Friday, throughout the school term. We also have something we know will suit everyone: FREE CHILDCARE, EVERY WEEK!

That's right, free childcare. If your child is aged 3 or 4 years, you are entitled to FIVE FREE SESSIONS per week at Mapalim Early Years Centre North Cray! That's 12.5 hours of free local childcare, every week of the school term.

Flexible Care for 2-5 years (term time only)

Day Care for 0-5 years (term time only)

Receive a 10% discount for your eldest child when you are booking a minimum of four days for two or more children!

Mapalim After School Club North Cray, 3:30pm-6pm
Throughout the course of the school day, your child's natural movement has been determined by their school timetable. Our After School Club is a place for children of primary school age to decide how they spend their time at the end of the school day.

Every day of the school term, we will care for your child whilst they enjoy stimulating leisure time, play activities and interactions with other children, faraway from the school environment.

Worried about the afternoon school run? Don't be. We will collect your child at 3:30pm from their school and escort them safely to Mapalim After School Club North Cray, where you can collect them at 6pm.

Mapalim Holiday Playscheme North Cray, 8am-6pm
Our fun and exciting Holiday Playscheme makes the most of every holiday for 3-11 year olds! So spring, summer and winter holidays and half-terms you can access the support you need to care for your child.

Children can choose from a range of free play and planned activities that are carefully designed to meet their individual needs and interests.

We believe that the opportunities children have to play, learn and develop form a well-being foundation for life. We know that the best way to ensure children's well-being is to make sure they have access to high quality care and education from the beginning. Our provisions are welcoming, creative and safe environments, where our staff and families are partners in care.

We continue to work closely with the Bexley EYDCP (Early Years Development and Care Partnership) to make sure you receive the best support from North Cray Children's Centre.
